use small talk with certain people and strive to notice those that meet it with positive reactions....Folks talking going off on tangents or sprung up a small talk conversation. I get looked down upon too I also know that my small talk isn't the great I rely on my great listening skills. Those can be excellent skills especially trying to maintain employment.
