I don’t reread posts or anything from the past- it gives me a queasy feeling of uncertainty. I can use a lot less stress and triggers in my life.

This forum is too easy for the others to open up and get antagonized, let alone other accounts. We need to learn to keep our crazy to ourselves and not make it so public.
