Hey Everyone,

I've always had very vivid dreams that I could usually interpret pretty easily, but this one has me stumped and a little weirded out, to say the least. Something must be rattling around in my head because the night before I had this dream I woke up very early on in my sleep, which is very unusual for me, and was wide awake for a while.

So, on to the dream: I dreamed that my right eye fell out of my head - no ocular 'strings' attaching it...just fell out into my hand. And when I saw it, there were several bizarre and distinct characteristics. First off, it wasn't ball shaped, it was more like an oval disc. Second, it looked like one of those Turkish blue eyes that you get in Greece and Turkey to ward off evil, but it was definitely MY eye. Third (and this is the real fun part): it was hairy! It had my hair actually growing from it all over (except right on the iris & pupil), and I kept trying to wipe the hair away.

I kept trying to get someone to help me put it back in my head, but they didn't know how and I was afraid it was going to dry up before I got it back in. Showed it to my mother and she basically said 'oh dear', and that was about it (yayy mom, thanks for the help).

I'm sure there's some stuff about the eye being representative of 'I', since it had my hair growing on it, but that's as far as I can get with this crazy dream. Amy I maybe being too harsh in how I view myself (i.e. giving myself the 'hairy eyeball', so to speak), or is that just too easy? Any thoughts?
