Someone reminded me that humor helps when you are working through things that aren’t easy.

I spend much of my time trying to understand things and sort things out. I forget that a smile or a laugh helps it feel much lighter.

This is a picture I found several years ago and it stays on my refrigerator. It makes me smile.



This is a shirt that I got for myself. I saw it and had to have it because it made me laugh!
