I think more "real" shows with better lessons for everyone are the Judge Judy/Judge Joe Brown, etc. ones. However, I have a little trouble with those too because the "dumb"/losing side are often so stupid that I have trouble with their having agreed to come on television in the first place. I don't enjoy watching stupidity.
