Thanks! I couldn't go to sleep so started searching on my tablet and found that one too... I bought the kindle edition and already started reading it.

Thanks, it was the description of the local group closest to my house that turned me off, but I see they have online meetings too, and there's another local one not too far from me that sounds a little less well pushy. I might check that one out it meets tomorrow.

Thanks una, good to hear it didn't annoy you. Right now, at this moment in time, I think books and learning theory are what I prefer but I still might at least go to one meeting just to see what it's all about.
