I think you must be pretty stressed for a week or so to have such a dream. Most weird dreams can be attributed to stress. Once I dreamed of my left eye ball having bugs coming out it out of the scan my ophthalmologist actually took that day. I was thinking about a dream I had as a child about green bugs coming out of our then-new home.
