I'm worried they'll promise more than they can give. Now the smaller school talked about how they could do live streaming or recording their lectures if the student is in the hospital or dealing with an emergency. That all they would have to do is inform the teacher ahead of time by email.

The good news I found a college that has a BAS in Digital media with dorms. So if he doesn't get into a university he still has an option. (College's here have open enrollment. Universities have entrance requirements.) It still doesn't solve the accommodations issue but it's an option if he doesn't get in to one of the other two schools.
