He just recommended showering at the same time every day. Not much help. I've noticed lots of people recommend routine. Routine scares me. Routine sucks the soul out gradually and leaves you an empty husk. There's no flavor or newness to routine.

It's probably a symptom of the depressive part of my depressive schizoaffective disorder.
