Not that I'm aware of! Before I turned 50 I used to go around saying "Life begins at 50." Oh, yeah?? Not much has changed for me!

She must feel suddenly "old" and is rebelling against it. Maybe that's her way of dealing with the fact that she's going to be a grandmother. That can tend to make you feel old. LOL
