I've had this symptom for 14 months. It started when I smoked weed and had a high where I thought I was on the brink of losing my mind, it was the most terrifying experience I had ever and probably will ever go through. Anyway it took a year to recover from that but the only symptom I have left is this stupid head feeling I get where it feels like I'm about to lose touch with reality. It's a weird foggy, breathing, heavy, static, pulsating feeling in my brain that encompasses my forehead and the entire top of my head. Sometimes I'll feel like I'm losing touch with reality if it's really bad.

This is has and continues to ruin my life because everything feels overwhelming like the next thing I do will push my brain off the plank. I'm afraid to be far away from my house in case I actually lose my mind. I NEVER leave the house at night because that's when it's at its worst. It's so stupid because before I smoked that stupid weed I would be outside far away from home day or night and now I barely leave the house except to go buy cigarettes at the corner store and to smoke in my backyard. I literally have not been farther then the end of my street more then 15 times in 14 months!

I don't know what to do! I'm taking propranolol now and have been taking it for 2 months but that head feeling that is causing all of this is still there.

Does anyone know what this is? My doctor is at a loss, the ENT I went to says it's not my sinuses causing it, MRI normal, blood tests normal. Please help!
