Hi Friends,

My husband has been fairly cranky for months now, since he injured his knee in the Fall. It was getting better, and then he fell off a step ladder just before the new year, and then he fell about a month later, reinjuring the same knee, when he was in town picking up some horse feed.

Anyway yesterday morning when I came downstairs, he told me he had fallen down the stairs in the night.

Here's the funny part, he said his knee was now feeling better.

Husband is 68, and the stairs are 100-years old, winding and uneven. They are probably number two on my list of why I would like to move -- right after number one of having to haul our own water.

For those of you who have been following my life, you know husband WILL NOT move. He loves being king of 18 acres.
