I made gnocchi for the first time last week. I found a recipe that uses ricotta instead of potato. Seems like gnocchi was mentioned on the couch and I thought, "Hey, I should try that," and googled "easy gnocchi."
It was phenomenal and super easy because I didn't even have to cook potatoes.
