reading about strangling, hurt yourself or others is very scarey/ triggering and makes people worry about you because theres nothing we can do to stop you all if you really really want to and try to do it.

imagine if you came on here to psych central and read a post where someone was trying to hurt their self then the person reading it gets to feeling like you do and they try to hurt their self. or what if you had succeeded in hurting yourself and you were gone forever. I would be very very sad that you all would be gone from psych central forever because you got hurt. I would be very sad if I came on psych central and found a post saying you were gone.

when you feel so bad you want to hurt yourself maybe you can call the therapist and they can help you so that you dont end up gone forever even on accident.
