I called his name and walked fast to the back to get a drink bc I felt like I was freaking out. They had to remake the food and clean up after me. I felt like crap. I came back all calm and went about my day as usual.
Just a moment before that, there was a $12 order that I forgot to collect on.
I was so tired I was barely functional. I hope these 2 incidents weren’t drastic.

Ruby, one proactive thing you can do is ask your boss how you can improve. Sure, you've had some flubs, that's normal. But if you ask for direction on how to improve, AND take that direction, that will put you in their good graces. Supervisors like workers who want to do better.
Just my POV as a supervisor.
