On your original list it seems like the supervisor forgetting to give you a break is not your fault and also the dog barking at the drive thru is not your fault so those are not counted as screw ups. I don’t even know if all the other things you listed in original message count as screw ups especially since you did not do them again after you were told. With those things I would think you are fine. I would maybe just say try not to make it a habit of asking for free food or additional discounts on food. It’s nice that the supervisor bought you the meal for you that one time-I suppose he/she felt bad about forgetting the break, but I would just try not to ask anymore if you can help it. As far as your reactions to the tray falling or breaking-maybe you can talk with your therapist or caseworker on how to better manage your reactions in the moment. I would also go with what see-saw said and maybe take initiative and ask them if there is anything that needs improvement, but so far it does not seem like you did anything horrible enough to be fired.
