Do you think you could keep a little note pad handy for writing down when they occur? Are they similar in some way as to time of day, or classes? Could it be bells ringing for classes? Jot down all the times and where you are, and what you are doing.
When you have done a few days, you may notice something similar. It is also so useful to be able to bring this note pad to your therapist, as he can help you find what might be causeing them.
