It's happening again today for no good reason - brownie and cookies at lunch and gobbling mini candy bar snacks. If I eat light at dinner and take a long walk, I will be okay maybe. Probably will go over and maybe roll it so I can knock it out if I paddle tomorrow night.
EDIT - Down the rabbit hole again. I will go a few hundred over. I am trying to be less paranoid and assume I will rebound. I know I will get serious if I truly hit the top of my range.
