I can't say I've ever had this same issue with myself, at least not as persistent and prolonged. Crying can be good, it's your body releasing some frustration. Maybe some exercise will help the crying to be less intense. Something I did as a kid, was when I'd cry, I'd write at the same time; somehow this helped me get to the bottom of my frustrations and pain.
