I did a bunch of kettle bell swings, but I am not sure it burned all that much. Those will bulk up my upper body.
So, yeah, I kind of went overboard again. 2583 calories, mostly junk and fruit. I am not sure I got it recorded right; it is probably even higher. I almost want to hit the top of my range to force action and discipline. I won't let this slip away. In some respects, I guess I am enjoying the ability and freedom to let it fly sometimes.
Because of a conflict, I probably won't paddle tomorrow night. Hopefully I will get in some steps. I will weigh in the morning. For a couple of reasons I don't expect it to spike too high; timing with certain bathroom events and none of the food was very salty; sodium came in under the limit. So I shouldn't retain much extra water. I am going to guess 159 and change.
