I had a better experience with my dad today. It's funny...I walked in the door to my parents house, he was at the tv in the living room, and said hi, and asked me to bring the trash bins in. He then randomly said to me "so what do you think about the new kitchen?" As if we'd just been having that conversation, and not yesterday. Lol. I wondered if he felt bad of his tone the day before. Regardless, I did feel touched. Oh well.
