I was sad my husband did not want to consider the Pontiac, and now that I think of it the other one was a Buick. His father use to drive them, buy them almost exclusively and we'd ride in them and borrow them when we went to Florida to visit his father. That is kind of why I thought of them (I figured my husband would fit "well enough" in them and they reminded me of his father whom I loved).

But he really doesn't care for GMC's and don't get him started on Daimler Chrysler, the German designs makes him unhappy; the PT Cruisers look to him like Hitler staff cars. He doesn't fit in a Japanese car; I really wanted a Nissan Pathfinder (they didn't have any in the price/mileage area I wanted), my car I gave our daughter-in-law 6 months ago was a Subaru Forester, but I saw a Pathfinder in the showroom and had him try to sit in it and I'm glad I didn't find any in the right price range and get my heart set on it because he didn't even begin to fit.
