@UpDownAround: You are very significantly restricting your caloric intake, and at the same time, exercising quite allot. Kind of like burning the candle at both ends. So I believe the weight you are logging. Only 900 calories consumed for one day? I think your body can handle overages fron time to time without having to move the calories to the next day. I would only be concerned if your weight was a couple pounds outside of your current weight range. You have no problems losing weight. Exercise is helping you in this regard.

My weight is still 171 pounds. Yesterday my attempt at increasing my caloric intake was unsuccessful. I am going to try better today. I will walk around my complex some. I am hungry now despite it being around 6 AM. I have slept three hours.
