Everything from age to weight/height/ success and so much more ......most spam adds are related to makeup / body types / to what defines people as sexy or smart or beautiful or ugly +++. We live in a very artificial society, a society that has become empty hollow and unrealistic.

This is why I love the Country far far away from all superficial and artificial energy. Social media energy in and of itself feels superficial. I personally found Joy in the real world , the interweb if filled to capacity of negativity, trolls and hate. Why would people choose that over Free, simple and peaceful. The more you open yourself to a digital experience the more you appreciate reality. Living simple and peaceful are the ingredients for inner peace which leads to less fear. Be better.

I totally agree with this although I can't say I would have found happiness or peace yet. I live rurally. I try to live a simple life. I spend more time with friends and family than online. Im trying to learn to get rid of things and to buy less. I'm learning yoga and mindfulness and am spending as much time as possible in the nature. My job is completely around helping others so it takes me away from my problems. So in a way I'm doing all the right things but still I'm constantly comparing myself to others and getting really distressed by it. Maybe it's a slow process and I'll find peace one day.
