((((hugs back))))

I find I have a really hard time remembering to be soft with myself, rather than throwing things out there like "oh just get over it" or "its all in your head" "just ignore it for god's sake"

Which, as some of you probably know, does nothing good for me.

I have to concentrate on saying things like "This may be psychological, but that doesn't make it any less real" and "This has passed before and you did not die, so you can make it through this another time" and "you will be ok, remember that even though you perceive it to be like a heart attack, doesn't mean that it automatically is" "you are strong, and can make it through an anxiety attack - you have made it through worse before" and "every minute you make it through this makes you stronger and is closer to it passing"

I think saying positive things rather than dismissing it is WAY more efficient.
