It's also important that when I feel I need something, as long as it is not harmful, then I go ahead an induldge. I mean for example like making a post here - I remind myself to never feel bad for requiring the help and attention of others to make it through an anxiety attack. I mean heck, there is much worse things I could be doing to get over it right?
I think, that the crisis point has passed for the most part. I don't feel as on-the-edge-of-my-seat as I did. Though I am still edgy and anxious to some degree.
