I wonder if watching you go through these times is half as difficult to see and experience as what you are feeling. Maybe it is only one eighth of what you are experiencing....and then again, maybe it's nothing compared to it.

Regardless of that, all I know is that it's painful....and my heart goes out to you. I know that no one can fix things for you. I know that no one can experience your pain and fear. But you can share it my friend....and in sharing it, maybe, just maybe it won't be so dark for you.
