This is ugly.
Only 2.25 miles of walking as exercise. Logged 100 calories for that.
Over 3000 calories. I think my decision making is not good and I am having a few other symptoms of kind of low level hypo. Mot sleeping well and mind is racing. I really need to get ahead of this, but it hasn't pushed me far off course in terms of what the scale says yet.
I think I need to do a drastic low day tomorrow along with more serious exercise before I weigh on Friday.
