Sleep study was good, which means now I have to go for a brain wave scan. Basically an EEG.
Hoping that life will knock me far enough down it can only go up eventually at this point.
When does it end and the stress stops?
Pain is worse with stress, pain makes for more stress, with makes for more pain, round and round we go, down the rabbit hole...
