Yesterday.
Only a couple of miles of walking and some kettlebell swings. Logged 80 calories.
2270 calories. Another day that was fairly high. Paddled 6 miles this morning, but have been eating a little on the heavy side this morning. I will try to keep it in check the rest of the day. I need to stay away from oreos (actually generic knock offs, but "nutrition" is same, so I log as oreos); they are one of the foods that make me want more. Spaghetti calories might be low.
