Anxiety can wreak havoc on your cognitive skills.

All your tests are coming back normal...my MRI did not come back normal...so I was referred to a hospital for neuro psyche testing and they determined (because testing did not show any form of dementia or alcohol damage) that ALL my problems were attributed to ANXIETY.

I was so pissed and felt like they were not finding something that MUST be there...

I think it is true now...cause when I have days where I am focused on one thing whatever is going on in my life I have much trouble with focusing, forgetting, losing word recognition, just being overall frazzled....and can't function.

I have had 2 days this week where I had no responsibilties..and my world only involved me..and I noticed on these days I am able to think clearer...better and almost like my old self..so I am accepting that anxiety is wreaking havoc on my life.

I have recently started to listen to meditations while falling asleep that are supposed to give your brain subliminal messages to bring you to a more happy place on the following day...It is helpful I use Insight Timer (its an app for your phone)..check it out there are morning meditations..contacting spirit guide meditations..sleep meditations..Its a good app.

Step aside..take a breath..take care of your needs before others....try to take care of yourself..and reduce your anxiety and see if that helps.
