Long shot but does anyone know if there is an app you can download for editing things out of a recording on your phone?

My online friend from Austria and I once in a great while talk on the phone and I usually record it because it's hard to understand him so I like to go back and listen in case I missed things (yes he knows I do this)

Anyway... I was just listening to the newest one from a few weeks ago and I must have had the phone near my dog because at times, you can hear him snore quite loud and the voices are very hard to hear....I'd like to edit the snoring out of this so I can hear the parts I have forgotten... I'm bored and now would be a good day to work on editing, so any thoughts on if you can do this?
