Yes I originally started with only Seroquel Immediate Release. Then as I progressively got worse we opted to add Seroquel XR to the mix rather than a new drug. I have a large number of pre-existing medical conditions and for some reason my body seems to be ok with both types of Seroquels.
E.g. it痴 now 10:15am and the fog is gone
Anyhow, with my Seroquel it is currently:
300mg XR (no matter what)
225-350mg IR (constantly being tweaked to control my moods)
