hi David... im not up to date on indexing... im underweight, that i know... i eat little and my current diet contains a lot of healthy liquids.... just one sit down meal a day... due to unusual habits ive kept a low weight for several years...
i really have the opposite problem and need to gain weight, but maybe this could help you?
vegetable juices
protein drinks
power bars
skip a meal...
just some ideas...... of course you'd run the diet by your doc or check the nutricion elements on the web.....
