I’m on lamictal and just started cipralex. (Only in week 2 right now and feel no effect at this point but likely too early to tell) I was told that with adding the antidepressant it could trigger mania so I’m being monitored closely the first 6 weeks.

Is your new pdoc aware that you’re feeling worse?
