If he isn't there for you now, it makes space for someone who can give you what you need. He has left a massive hole in your life. I know that feeling. His time is a loss, you deserve kindness.

I am on my own too. Most of the time I am ok with that. When a man comes into my life and leaves, the upset makes me wonder why I bother offering my love and compassion towards him.

I focus my love back to myself and I feel better but it takes time and doesn't happen for me overnight. I need to grieve. First the denial and bargining before anger and depression and then finding reasons to accept they were wrong for me. If they don't want to be by my side then that is a good reason as I need a man who wants to be there for me.

You deserve to be loved and I am sure there is someone out there for you.
