Our agent is awesome - she told me not to worry about it, that she would get the rental peoples together with the other guy's insurance. as long as she's our agent, i ain't changing insurance companies again. she was kinda aghast that the rental company dude didn't do what he was supposed to do with the information I gave him. luckily i am paranoid and have it all together in folder and knew exactly where it was so I was able to provide her with everything she needed!
