This is yesterday adjusted back to 1654, with the rest of the calories (1083) moved to today. It's the bulk of the snacks from the prior listing in the post above. That leaves me with 517 for today, which I hope to increase to a more reasonable number by paddling if the weather cooperates. If I actually end up limiting myself to a small number, it is perfectly safe/healthy to do this back to back with a day that's over. It's actually okay to do it a couple of times in a row even if the days around it are just average. What's not okay is to eat very low calories for several days in a row.
