This week I've had a similar situation. This whole week I have woken up crying for about two minutes. I immediately take my medicine and have a cup of coffee. It usually levels me out. Then I force myself to get out and run. That really helps unless I'm in a truly depressive episode. I've gotten used to the routine and don't freak out like I was doing at first. Hope you get a routine that helps
