Any luck thus far? My pdoc's office can at times be chaotic. While mine has his own dedicated administrative assistant the other clinicians in the office share the others. They seem to trip over one another, have too much to do to multi-task, and seem to get mixed up easily. The chaos, even though I really am not involved, can raise my anxiety level.
