I left a province with a great mental health care system.
I had a great P.Doc, who really helped me

Now I live in a province where the only mental health care is the suicide crises centre and a Suicide telephone hot line (and having called it, I can tell you that they suck at it)

I am drifting alone with a regular GP who has no idea what he is doing. I was the one telling him what various max doses are for certain meds.

I don't have a T as there is a shortage of them here.

I hate this province and after 9 months I still hate it here
