I agree. It could be that both are helping. Maybe you could stretch appointments between therapy longer and see how you do or ask your pdoc about lowering your dose of Zoloft and see how you do (unless you take the minimal dosage, but they can always have you taper down on it). I once tapered off something by first taking a lower dose and then a dose every other day, then every 2 days. I can't remember what it was though, just that it was a psych med.
