Have any of you felt that therapy just didn’t work? That you could try cbt or self help methods but you just don’t see the meaning in them? Like you want to be happy, but at the same time, you don’t because you see no point.

Sometimes living life is so, distant. It’s a concept I can’t grasp (no I don’t mean ending it) I just mean, being able to do everyday things or doing new things. New things to be able to accomplish your dreams.
