500 mg of Seroquel is a lot. I thought I was taking a ton at 400 mg! Yeah, they usually up my Seroquel when I go manic too, but they don't want to go above this dose on me. I am small-boned, small for an adult woman period, weigh too little for my height. They take that into account when they prescribe, I'm sure. Though I often need the higher dosages and usually handle them OK. I don't know what they'll do if I go manic again. Maybe a new AP?
