each USA state keeps their own parental statistics/ demographics usually with department of human services (some locations call this social services, child protective services department) you might try there in your state.

department of health also keeps statistics where health / mental health statistics/ demographics are concerned.

your local mental health agencies may also have this information in regards to your state and location.

you can also find this information at your local library in the reference department in reports and books on state health statistics/ the national census reports and so on.
