I've never done a WRAP - in fact, a post of yours, vertigo, was the first time I'd heard of one. Apparently I will be learning about doing a WRAP from some NAMI training this fall. I really wish I could be of help to you. Completing a WRAP...it sounds like the type of thing I would not find easy to do. I give you a lot of credit for working on yours.
