Lol, thank goodness I live in a 100% metric country! But having to convert everything if I find a recipe or an article on an American site is a pain in the neck. And! When I see a recipe where they measure carrot in cups? Omg! How do I measure a cup of carrots! It's either grams or say a small, medium or large carrot. If I put it in a cup I'd get a different amount based on the size of the pieces or if it is grated vs cut... And why would I put a carrot in a cup, anyway?
