—-I agree w this totally. My aunt died so I started going to water aerobics 6 days a wk. fabulous. Clears out those cobwebs. Endorphins, good circulation, good health. Then I eat a huge salad to get my wt down from real estate school when I abandoned healthy things and paid for it. A sign r.est. May not suit me.
And I need a routine to do well.I make a prioritized list. Choose one or two for the day. Talk to friends to get ideas. Stick to loving people. Hugs!
