For me I am really unsure, because I actually don't remember much of life before 15 and actually continued being abused in some way pretty much my whole life thus far. I have had PTSD for awhile now, which stemmed from my childhood history of SA but then I was sexually assaulted this last May and so that hit me automatically, the PTSD got majorly worse and still is, but I am working on it. But I think it really just varies for every person.
