Just got up not too long ago so I'm not sure how my day is going yet.

Why don't you and DW crawl back in bed till the repairman gets there? You can snuggle up and keep each other warm... maybe tell each other some stories? You could also lay in front of the fireplace and keep warm that way. Get a good book to read, make more coffee or some hot chocolate to sip on and keep warm with. The possibilities are endless!
